CO-ED offerings for ages 3-11 years.

The Ninja Zone is an all new discipline inspired from Obstacle Course Training, Gymnastics, Street Dance, & Martial Arts. Obstacle courses for Strength & Agility Copy of Obstacle courses for Strength & Agility Ninja Training (Ninja style flips, rolls, kicks, vaults) Just like what you would see on a video game or in the movies! Beyond skill, our curriculum teaches… Confidence Discipline Being part of a group Impulse control NinjaZone combines obstacle course training, gymnastics, martial arts, and freestyle movement with the freedom for kids to progress and learn at their own pace.

Parkour

Novice, intermediate and advanced parkour options Parkour combines obstacle course training, running, jumping and climbing allowing freedom for kids to progress and learn at their own pace.

Boys Recreational

Boys Ages 6 And Up

These classes cater to gymnasts of different abilities with an emphasis on increasing skill level in a positive and fun atmosphere. These classes focus on basic to advanced gymnastic skills on Vault, Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, High Bar, Rings, and Floor
